This year’s Gold Club event will be held May 2 – 5, 2026 – at the W Punta Cana Hotel, a beautiful all-inclusive beachfront sanctuary set along the pristine coastline of Uvero Alta, Dominican Republic. You will have access to five restaurants, two beautiful pools, a spa, a sandy beach, and beautiful Dominican waters! The resort has a range of modern accommodation and activities right at the resort!

Your trip includes:

• Round trip coach economy airfare for you and one adult guest (21+).

• All-inclusive accommodation, including food and beverage at the W Punta Cana Hotel.

• Ground transportation to and from Punta Cana (PUJ) airport (May 2nd – May 5th).

• Choice of one optional activity to explore or spend time at leisure at the resort!

HOTEL

Hotel accommodation and dinners will be held at the W Punta Cana Hotel.

Accommodations

All-inclusive hotel, king-bed accommodation for you and an adult guest. All food and beverages are included with your room.

Check In and Out

Room access is typically at 4PM, however if your room is ready earlier, you will be escorted. A quick-access hotel registration area will be set up especially for Securitas. Have your passport available along with a personal credit card for incidentals. Check out time is 11AM.

Cancellations

ARRIVAL INTO AIRPORT AND TRANSPORTATION

Personalized transportation for Securitas will be available as you depart the airport. After clearing immigration and gathering your luggage, you will find AmStar transportation company waiting for you in uniform shirts with signage for Securitas. Do not accept a ride from anyone not holding a Securitas sign. They will have the transportation manifest and will be tracking your flight and arrival.

Weather

Days are sunny and nights can cool down. The average daytime temperature in May is the high 80’s. We suggest you bring a sweater or light jacket for evenings. Sunscreen is recommended – reminder to pack it in your checked luggage if it is over 2 ounces!

Time Zone

Punta Cana is in the Atlantic Standard Time Zone which is one hour ahead of EST.

Your all-inclusive experience features breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, along with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Two of your evening dinners will be spent sharing your success with the Securitas team and your peers! You will have one evening to dine at the beautiful restaurant outlets on property. You should make a reservation upon arrival.

We are excited to offer three amazing optional activities for you to experience the Dominican Republic! Whether you are searching for a thrilling activity, want to enjoy the beautiful ocean, there is something for everyone to enjoy! You can certainly stay at the resort to bask in the sunlight and relax if you choose to – you have earned it!!

Catamaran Experience

Come and discover the secrets of the Caribbean Sea up close! Our glass bottom boat allows you to see the myriads of excellent multicolored fish inhabiting the Bávaro coastline. Once the ideal spot is reached, jump in, and surround yourself with breathtaking coral reefs. Suddenly a net looms in front of you with sharks and stingrays inside; go in if you dare! Not to worry, they are nurse sharks and are perfectly safe. After all the excitement, enjoy a tasty cocktail and cruise to a waist-deep natural swimming pool with irresistible turquoise waters!

Wild Tiger Buggies

Get ready to rev up your Punta Cana getaway with the Wild Tiger Buggy Adventure — a high-energy, off-road experience that blends adrenaline, nature, and authentic Dominican culture. Your adventure starts with open-air transport from your resort to the Wild Tiger Adventure Center, where bilingual guides welcome you and get you geared up for the ride of a lifetime. If you would like to attend additional excursions on your own, visit the “Concierge” in the main building. They will assist you with availability and pricing!

FINAL DETAILS!

You will be directed to make your own airline reservations through the AllFly Ticketing portal. Please book your airline reservations immediately!

You will be guided to select an economy class ticket for you and your guest to arrive at PUJ – Punta Cana, DR no later than 4PM (earlier is preferred) so that you may get to the resort in time to enjoy the first night activities! You will need time to deplane, clear immigration, and obtain your luggage. The drive from the airport to the W Punta Cana Hotel is approximately one hour.
