Welcome to Securitas Gold Club 2025 in beautiful Riviera Maya, Mexico!
This year’s Gold Club event will be held March 22 – 25, 2025 at Unico Resort – an all-inclusive beachfront sanctuary set along the pristine coastline of Riviera Maya. You will have access to five restaurants, many bars, three beautiful pools, a spa, a sandy beach, and beautiful Mexican waters! The resort's amenities feature a range of modern accommodations, activities, and shops.

Your trip includes:
- Round-trip Economy airfare for you and one adult guest
- All-inclusive accommodations, including food and beverage at the Unico Resort
- Ground transportation to and from the Cancun airport (During program dates March 22nd-25th)
- Choice of one optional activity to explore or spend time at leisure at the resort!
Hotel
Hotel accommodations and dinners will be held at the Unico Resort. Discover the rich cultural landscape of modern Mexico! Relax and rejuvenate in the beautiful surroundings! Download “What’s App” on your phone to receive daily activity messages. They are also available on the tablet in each room. There is a “Local Host” available in the lobby daily to assist you as a concierge for any additional needs or questions you may have.
Accommodations
All-inclusive hotel, king-bed accommodation for you and an adult guest. All food and beverages are included with your room.
Check In and Out
Room access is typically at 4 PM. However, if your room is ready earlier, you will be escorted. A quick-access hotel registration area will be set up especially for Securitas. Have your passport available along with a personal credit card for incidentals.
Check-out time is 11 AM. Please drop by registration the evening before departure to review your hotel folio. In the morning at the front desk, you will be given a paper showing you have checked out. You will be asked for this as you board the return transportation to the airport.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your accommodation, you must do so 72 hours prior to your first night's stay. Contact Securitas Gold Club Headquarters at 407-595-1950 or Mary.Haley@securitasinc.com. Operational hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 7 PM, EST.
Arrival into Airport + Transportation
Personalized transportation for Securitas will be available as you depart the airport. After clearing immigration and gathering your luggage, walk down a long hallway until you reach outdoors. There, you will find the transportation company waiting for you in Uniform Shirts with signage for Securitas. Do not accept a ride from anyone not holding a Securitas sign. They will have the transportation manifest and will be tracking your flight and arrival.
Attire
Resort casual attire is appropriate for daytime activities at the resort. Business casual attire is appropriate for dinner functions. Dress appropriately for your selected excursion.
Weather
Days are sunny and nights can cool down. The average daytime temperature in March is the mid 80’s. We suggest you bring a sweater or light jacket for evenings. Sunscreen is recommended – reminder to pack it in your checked luggage if it is over 2 ounces!

Beverages + Dining
Your all-inclusive experience features breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, along with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Your evening dinners will be spent sharing your success with the Securitas team and your peers!
Enjoy a casual beachside buffet breakfast or lunch at Grill 20.87. The Mi Carisa restaurant is also available for breakfast from 7AM to 11AM. There are also several casual cafés around the property. If room service appeals to you, order away!!
Party the night away at several bars such as Palmero and Bar Balam. Try a local Margarita or a smoothie! Most evenings there is live entertainment. View your daily activity guide for offerings or refer to your “What’s App” message sent daily by the Local Host.

Whether you are searching for a thrilling activity, want to enjoy the beautiful ocean, or yearning to learn more about Mexican history, there is something for everyone to enjoy! Picture yourself sailing on a luxury 65’ Catamaran through the crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean Sea along the beautiful coast of the Riviera Maya. Rio Secreto Cenote Tour + Swim
The region’s most unique natural treasure. Dare to live a fantastic experience in one of the most incredible venues in the Riviera Maya. Enter this natural place filled with a kaleidoscope of speleothems and walk an easy 600m route amidst thousands of stalactites and stalagmites found in this protected natural reserve. Learn and marvel in this ancient, magical subterranean world that remained unexplored for millions of years. Prior to entry into the Mayan underworld, visitors will tour the natural reserve trails where they will receive a Mayan welcome. You will be directed to make your own airline reservations through the Allfly Ticketing portal.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have requested pre-post information on rooming, please do not book your flight reservations until you hear from Michele Maier on pricing and availability.
You will be guided to select an economy class ticket for you and your guest to arrive at Cancun, Mexico, no later than 4PM (earlier is preferred) so that you may get to the resort in time to enjoy the first night activities! You will need time to deplane, clear immigration and obtain your luggage. The drive from the airport to UNICO is approximately one hour and fifteen minutes.
